Official privacy and data deletion portal for users of Harda Mandi Bhav - Daily Rates, Neemuch Mandi Bhav, Betul Mandi Bhav, Indore Mandi Bhav, and MKisan Apps by Engineer App Developers.

ℹ️ 7-Day Security Grace Period: In compliance with security best practices, your request enters a 7-day grace period before permanent destruction. If this request was made by mistake, you can contact support within 7 days to cancel it.

I confirm that I am the account owner and understand that once permanently deleted, my profile, favorite crops, alerts, and deals cannot be recovered.

📲 1. How to Delete Your Account In-App

If you have the mobile app installed, you can delete your account directly inside the app:

Open Harda Mandi Bhav (or your respective MKisan app).
Tap the side menu (☰) or navigate to Settings.
Tap on Account.
Select Delete Account and confirm the prompt.
Your active session, phone auth credentials, and profile data are purged from the server.

🗑️ 2. What Data is Permanently Deleted

Upon completion of the deletion process, the following data is permanently erased:

User Profile Data: Mobile phone number, user ID, display name, district/city, and pincode.
Authentication Records: Firebase Auth UID, phone authentication tokens, and active sessions.
Crop Preferences & Alerts: Saved favorite crops, notification thresholds, and price alert rules.
Marketplace Listings: Any buy/sell deals posted under your account.
Device Linkages: Push notification FCM device tokens mapped to your profile.

⏳ 3. Grace Period & Data Retention Policy

All deletion requests enter a standard 7-day grace period to prevent accidental loss. Following final purge, strictly anonymized technical security logs may be retained for up to 90 days to comply with statutory legal audit requirements, after which they are automatically destroyed. No personally identifiable information (PII) is ever retained for marketing or advertising purposes.
