MKisan Account and Data Deletion Request

This page explains how MKisan app users can request deletion of their account and associated data.

1) How to request account deletion

  1. In app: open Profile/Dashboard and use the Delete Account option.
  2. If you cannot access the app, send an email to support@mkisan.net from your registered contact details.

Please include your registered mobile number and mention: Delete my MKisan account and associated data.

2) What data is deleted

  • Account profile data and linked user profile fields
  • Session records and active login sessions
  • User notifications and selected crops/preferences where applicable
  • User-owned deals and related user-linked records in MKisan app tables
  • App token mappings and push linkage for the deleted account

3) What data may be retained

  • Security/compliance records may be retained for up to 90 days
  • Operational logs may be retained in anonymized form where needed
  • Any data required by law may be retained for the legally required period

4) Request partial data deletion (without deleting account)

Yes. You can request deletion of specific data without deleting your full account.
Send request to support@mkisan.net with subject:
MKisan partial data deletion request.
